桃花 Boksungakkot (복숭아꽃)
Dohwa is peach blossom. Flowers were picked on the third day of the third month and dried in the shade, with double-petalled kinds passed over; the calyxes caught on a bamboo skewer as the petals fell were kept apart and baked into flour cakes. It stands as a sub-entry under peach in the fruits section.
