Gyullangsanggeunmak is the web of white threads clinging to the segments of a tangerine, also called gyullak. It is the stringy layer most people pick off before eating the fruit. The Dongui Bogam files it as a sub-part under tangerine in the fruits section, with the seed listed separately.
