Mi is a mountain green of the same family as bracken, 'hoechomi' in old Korean, and the text says it grows in the same places. It covers the fern known today as gobi, whose young spring fronds are blanched and dressed as namul.

性寒, 味甘, 無毒.
Its nature is cold, its taste is sweet, and it is non-toxic.
HomiclubMi is a mountain green grouped together with bracken; its old Korean name is hoechomi. The plant now called gobi, flowering fern, belongs to this group, rising in spring still coiled and clad in brown wool.

It harmonizes the center, moistens the large and small intestines, frees the waterways, and reduces puffy swelling.
