麻蕡 Mabun (마분)
Mabun is the yellow dust that rises on hemp flowers; the book also calls it mabal. Hemp long supplied cloth, cord, and straw sandals, but in Korea it is now a controlled substance that cannot be grown without a licence. The entry runs on through the leaves, the root bark, even worn-out hemp sandal soles.

性平, 味辛, 有毒. 破積, 止痺, 散膿. 多食, 令人見鬼狂走. 《本草》
Its nature is neutral, its taste pungent, and it is toxic. It breaks up jeok (積, accumulations), stops bijeung (痺症, impediment), and disperses pus. Eaten in quantity it makes a person see ghosts and run about madly. 《Boncho (本草)》
