竹根 Daenamu Ppuri (대나무 뿌리)
Jukgeun is the rhizome of bamboo. The Wood section gives it its own line beside bamboo leaf, shoot and sap, saying no more than that it is simmered and drunk. Bamboo roots today belong less to the pharmacy than to shoot harvesting and craft material.
