主齒痛齒根腫齲. 堅齒, 去白蟲. 煎湯含漱. 《本草》
It chiefly treats toothache and gums that swell and decay. It firms the teeth and expels the baekchung (白蟲, white worm). Hold the decoction in the mouth and rinse with it. 《Boncho (本草)》
