豆黃 Duhwang (두황)
Duhwang is soybean flour, ground from the whole bean. It is the same powder that coats injeolmi rice cakes and goes into misutgaru grain drinks. In the Donguibogam's grain section this passage runs on into dried sprouted soybeans, red adzuki beans, and the bean's leaves and flowers.
