蘇州小甁酒 Sojusobyeongju (소주소병주)

Sojusobyeongju is the wine of Suzhou, sold in small bottles. Donguibogam's grain section lists a run of regional Chinese wines like this one, each with a one-line note; for this one the note is that its yeast starter carries hot-natured ingredients.

    Its ferment contains hot-natured medicinals, so drinking it brings headache and a dry mouth. 《Ipmun (入門)》
