Sangsimju is wine brewed from the pressed juice of mulberries. It is one of the infused wines listed by name at the end of the alcohol entry in the Grains section, and its whole recipe runs to a single line: press the juice, brew the wine.

It supplements the five viscera and brightens the ears and eyes. The juice is taken and brewed into liquor.
