糟下酒 Jigemi Sul (지게미 술)
Johaju is wine still sitting in the jar with its lees, before straining. The Donguibogam itself hedges, guessing it means liquor not yet filtered. The nearest thing on a Korean table today is takju, the cloudy rice wine ladled out without being pressed clear.

Its nature is warming. It warms the stomach and wards off punghan (風寒, wind-cold). It seems to be liquor that has not yet been pressed.
