暹羅酒 Seomnaju (섬라주)
Seomraju is a liquor imported from Seomra. Seomra was the old name for Siam, present-day Thailand, which made this a rare southern import in Joseon. It is one of the many wines catalogued in the grains section.

It comes from the country of Seomna (暹羅, Siam); it can break up jeok (積, accumulations) and kill go (蠱, parasitic toxin). 《Ipmun (入門)》
