菊花酒 Gukhwaju (국화주)
Gukhwaju is wine brewed with chrysanthemum. Rather than give the method here, the grains section points the reader to the chapter on the body. It was the seasonal drink of the ninth-day festival, when chrysanthemum petals were floated on the cup, and it is still made under the same name.
