浮小麥 Jugeun Mil (주근 밀)
Busomaek is light wheat — the shrivelled grain that floats. The old Korean gloss, jugeun mil, 'dead wheat', names the hollow, unfilled kernels sorted out from the rest. Dongui Bogam has it lightly roasted, and records simmering it together with jujubes.
