槐枝 Hoehwanamu Gaji (회화나무 가지)
Goeji is the small branch of the Chinese scholar tree. A large legume-family tree, it was planted at village entrances and in Confucian academy yards and is still a common street tree. Donguibogam describes decocting it for washing or burning it to ash, and puts the white inner bark, goebaekpi, in the same entry.

煮汁, 洗陰囊下濕痒.
Boil it and wash with the decoction where it is damp and itchy below the scrotum.
