椹 Ppongnamu Odi (뽕나무 오디)
Sim is the mulberry, the fruit of the mulberry tree. It darkens to near-black in early summer and is picked to eat fresh or turned into juice, jam and liqueur. Donguibogam gave it its own entry in the wood section, writing that the black-ripe berries hold the whole essence of the tree.
