  1. 主丁瘡湯火瘡, 毒入腹熱悶.

    It governs jeongchang (丁瘡, nail-head sores), scalds and burns, and the heat and oppression that follow when toxin enters the abdomen.

  2. 治傳尸骨蒸勞, 下水氣.

    It treats jeonsi (傳尸, corpse-transmitted consumption) and bone-steaming taxation, and it precipitates sugi (水氣, water qi).

  3. 煎膏, 續筋骨, 長肉, 止牙痛. 《本草》

    Boiled down into a paste it knits sinew and bone, makes flesh grow, and stops toothache. 《Boncho (本草)》
