楸木皮 Chumokpi (추목피)

Chumokpi is the trunk bark of the Manchurian walnut. The tree belongs to the walnut family and grows wild in the mountains; its nut is smaller than a walnut with a hard shell, and the wood served for bowls and carving. Donguibogam says there is no fixed season for gathering it and adds that the timber is hard enough for vessels.
