糯稻稈 Nadogan (나도간)
Nadogan is the straw of glutinous rice, not the grain but the stalk left after threshing, boiled down so the liquid could be drunk. The text corrects a common slip: early, late and glutinous rice are all rice, so reserving the word for the glutinous kind is wrong.
