    하초생백화, 육칠월이성실, 지동황숙, 내가담.

It blooms white flowers in early summer, bears fruit around the sixth and seventh months, and ripens to a golden yellow by winter, at which point it becomes edible.

This refers precisely to the inner pulp wrapped within the tangerine peel.

It should not be eaten in excess, as it causes phlegm to accumulate in the body.
