冬葵子 Curled Mallow (Auk)
Related Crop · Curled Mallow (Auk) →
Donggyuja is the seed of curled mallow, the aouk of the crop guide. The Donguibogam reserves the name for seed from plants sown in autumn that overwinter and set seed in spring, while the leaves are what Koreans still simmer into aouk-guk. The text warned against eating mallow gathered after the first frost.
